A ballroom dance instructor's job involves teaching both private and group ballroom dance lessons, choreographing routines, developing structured lesson plans, and assessing student progress while fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities include: helping students achieve their goals, engaging with the studio community by participating in events, and promoting a fun non-pressured environment for our dancers to grow.
A strong understanding of ballroom dance techniques, good communication skills, and enthusiasm are essential!
